Luxury living for the whole family

We once again have to thank the Victorians for providing the space to create the bedrooms and large bathrooms we enjoy today. Having completely stripped the old bathrooms, we set about creating new ones that were not only functional for todays needs but still reflect the style of the adjoining bedrooms.

Overview

4 large double bedrooms with ensuites and family bathroom.

Cream Room

This bedroom was influenced by the purchase of the 19th century armoire and is decorated in soft neutral colours from the F&B range. Jim Dickins curtains are interlined to provide warmth through the winter months. The shower wall on the left of the picture is curved, further softening the feel of the bathroom.

Blue Room

The Blue Room is masculine, sumptuous and adorned with prints of the Croft family (Croft Castle). The ensuite is very modern with a selection of Porcelanosa tiles and glass fittings. The ceiling is made from copper glass that has been aged with acid. With side jets and an overhead rain shower, the walk in shower is a delight.

Green Room

Created with an Edwardian feel, this room has a blend of green and gold colours that create a feeling of calm and order. The bathroom is richly decorated with gilded mirrors, pictures and brass light fittings. The double ended slipper bath is perfect for soaking away the aches and pains of daily life. Alternatively, you can shower in the walk in shower.

Black & Gold Room

Influenced by the 1860 South American cabinet with its ebony carving, this room has a more tropical feel. With pictures taken from shoots in Africa and Tibet, metallic wallpaper, Victorian chaise longue and a Dutch 19 century settee, this room is a gem. The bathroom is in the same style with a magnificent suspended copper glass ceiling.
